Rowen did a great job keeping in contact with me through the custom plush experience. She was willing to switch up and change any modifications I had in mind and even showed me progress pictures of the fabric and general drawing along the way. I'm pretty sure she also finished this custom under the TAT time, too, which was a lovely surprise. As for my beautiful River that showed up, I could not be happier. For anyone who doesn't own a Rowen Oaks Plush, these are *so* soft, weighted heavenly, and make for the best cuddle buddies. I'm pretty sure the faces are hand-embroidered, so your plush will be handmade with love. You will not regret grabbing your first ROP and they're quite addicting, so I definitely would recommend on giving this maker a shot to add onto your handmade plushie collections :)

I wasn’t sure even what to expect, other thank knowing Rowen creates amazing plushies…and OMG did this bear blow me away. Tears came to my eyes when I opened her, and she’s been my support plushie when I just need a break from things.
