If something doesn’t align with you, or is not accessible - please follow your intuitions. If you are more comfortable using the chat feature then speaking or if you prefer not to be on camera, these are fully your choices. We take space and make space, honoring each other as we all may be on different paths or points in journey.
I will be mindful of different levels of accessibility, but if you have a specific need that would be beneficial to me knowing prior to the zoom, please let me know so I can be consciousness and accommodating.
For the first 5 minutes of the hour, I’ll have some music playing and give everyone some time to get settled and relax. Then we’ll start off with a breathing and grounding exercise. Then a connection game. We will open our circle and talk about release and reflection prompts and have a journal moment, then share if comfortable. I will be burning my release journal entry - if you do not have the accessibility to burn a piece of paper safely, it can also be buried the following day (or if you have another form of release you like, please do so). Then we talk about manifestations and intentions prompt’s and have a journal moment and discussion. Rowen will do an Oracle card reading for anyone interested - and follow up after the zoom with pictures of your card and meaning. Circle will be closed and I would also like to leave some opening to if there is anything else anyone would like to incorporate.
